I live! Hey, all, Randi here! Wanted to let everyone know that this is totally coming back to life! I discovered I can post to this from my phone by changing a setting in the Advanced Settings section. :) IN ANY CASE! If anyone wants to read what’s been happening between the last post and this one, ‘cause I’m lazy and don’t feel like reposting, just click here! It’ll be fun! But yeah! The madness will commence soonish! We’ll have some penpal letters to post (as soon as we’ve written and sent them ^_^; ), towers to build, and whole bunches of other nifty stuff! We may even get back to the podcast! :O

Future Podcast Preview!

Okay, guys, so here’s what’s up. We are going to be doing a podcast very soon. As in, recording will start this week. Want to know what this podcast is? Of course you do! So I’ll tell you!

Catie and I share a love of video games. Particularly such insanity-inducing video games as Eternal Darkness. Old school! In any case, we are going to be recording us playing these games, because we say some of the most random stuff. Above is a sampling of our test run we recorded earlier today. That’s two and a half minutes of randomness! Each episode is going to be about a half hour long! Can you imagine some of the hijynx?! It will be great! As soon as we have a title and submit it to iTunes, we shall let you lovely people know, so you can go subscribe! Woot!

I must warn you, this gets REALLY annoying after, like, ten seconds…

So I had Catie over today, as people may know from reading the tower post. And she mentioned that every time she comes over she gets Run Joey Run stuck in her head. And we got to talking about how it loops. And then I remembered I have a $200 recording program collecting dust. So we made this abomination. For full funny, skip about five and a half minutes. Seriously. Or just listen to all of it for proof that we did sing the same thing over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over for nearly six minutes. Seriously.

It’s not as bad as the time we said “nuh uh” and “yuh huh” back and forth for, I kid you not, “fifteen fucking minutes” says Catie. Yeah. Fifteen minutes. Seriously. For those that know Nashua, from getting on the Everett at exit 7, driving south to 5E, looping around back onto the Everett north, taking 5A, and driving down to Mine Falls, parking, then sitting for several seconds. It was nuts. It became a sort of song for me, and Catie’s brain melted out her ears. She says she reached a higher plane of existence.

And I didn’t even speed! o.o
